Adam Gomez relied heavily on his community for his Springfield Ward 1 victory and built a broad and diverse coalition that came together to support him. His relationship with Neighbor to Neighbor highlighted the importance of grassroots organizing and taking the conversation of what our communities can and should be person to person, door by door. After successfully winning a council seat, Gomez went on to run and win successfully for State Senate in 2020.
