Dan Ryan Mass Alliance is proud to endorse Dan Ryan as the Sate Representative for the 2nd Suffolk District. Dan Ryan has worked as a district representative for Charlestown and Chelsea under Congressman Mike Capuano. He is a strong advocate for issues that affect his community. These include access to high quality education, public health, strengthening local businesses, and making government more accessible to constituents. Dan has worked at many local organizations in his community in a variety of capacities. He is particularly involved with the Charlestown Boys & Girls Club, having worked as a Teen Center director and program coordinator at their Healthy Charlestown initiative and currently serves as a Board member. He also helped found the Charlestown Substance Abuse Coalition through the Center for Community Health Improvement at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dan has additional local leadership experience through his tenure at the Charlestown Community Center Council and Charlestown Neighborhood Council. Year endorsed: 2014
