Ian Ryan

Prior to returning to the Cape in 1999, Ian spent six years working for the US Army as an Intelligence Specialist, after learning Korean at the Defense Language Institute. He worked to provide tactical support to ground forces at the Demilitarized Zone in Korea. Following his military service, Ian was inspired to go to law school after he saw the importance of law in protecting his right to marry his now husband. Ian is also a local small business owner, working as both owner and real estate broker at Cozy Cape Cottages, a company that offers seasonal Cape Cod rentals in the towns of Dennisports, South Dennis, and South Yarmouth.
