Jessica is a life-long resident of Methuen and Lawrence in the Merrimack Valley of Massachusetts. She comes from a family of factory workers, teachers, social workers, and generations of military service.  These experiences have shaped her beliefs and commitment to fighting for working families.

Jessica was elected to represent Methuen on the Greater Lawrence Technical School Committee in 2013, where she now serves as Vice-Chair and is an outspoken advocate for quality high school and adult vocational programs.

Jessica worked at the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health, where she focused on increasing prevention and quality of care for those with mental health issues.

She serves as the President of a nonprofit that offers support, hope, and recovery to individuals and families affected by mental health issues.

Jessica is focused on long-term strategic planning and invests passion and time in the institutions she serves, including as a local leader in Methuen, the Merrimack Valley, Boston, and in statewide organizations.

Her expertise comes from 15 years of work experience, 2 master’s degrees, and countless mentors from several industries including politics, local government, real estate, and financial institutions.

Currently Jessica uses her talents to help first time home buyers realize the American Dream, and serves on local community boards such as The Merrimack Valley Prevention and Substance Abuse Project working to combat the substance abuse epidemic in the Merrimack Valley.
