Keith Carreiro

A teacher in both public schools and universities for over 40 years, Keith Carreiro brought an expertise to the field of education, as he also served as Chairman of the Swansea School Committee. He has provided critical oversight and assistance in seeing that the town’s educational mission is fulfilled and that the delivery of instruction centers upon what is best for students, parents, teachers and citizens. He continues to serve Swansea and surrounding communities as an advocate for educational excellence by reaching out to local and state congressional representatives and state agencies.
