Dylan Hayre

Mass Alliance is proud to have endorsed Dylan Hayre in his campaign to become the State Senator representing the Norfolk, Bristol & Middlesex District. Dyaln Hayre defines success by what one has done to facilitate the success of others. Dylan has been a leader advocating for residents of low-income housing projects, and he has volunteered as a teacher and tutor in these communities. He served at a legal aid firm, and represented indigent clients who were trying to access public housing, or who were being evicted or having their homes foreclosed. He has also served as an Assistant District Attorney, a job that helped strengthen his resolve in calling for progressive criminal justice reform. He founded and runs a law practice, Lawyer for Soldiers, where he focuses on representing veterans and military families in our courts. Additionally, he serve as Chair of the Board of Multicultural Village, a nonprofit that focuses on teaching conflict resolution strategies to students; and as an Associate Board Member of Project New Hope, a nonprofit that helps veterans and their families deal with the challenges they face through shared experiences and group outings.
