Coco Alinsug is a 2021 Mass Alliance Rising Star Candidate for Lynn City Council.
Constantino “Coco” Alinsug has been involved in community organizing since a young age and has long worked for positive change in Lynn. Moreover, he has devoted his life to social justice, HIV/AIDS prevention, LGBT youth, and arts. He has received recognition both nationally and internationally, and served as Executive Director of the North Shore Alliance of GLBT Youth (NAGLY) for ten years.
In addition, he serves in various groups, boards, and community organizations both in Lynn and across the state of Massachusetts. Originally from the Philippines, Coco immigrated to the United States in 1996. He serves as an elected Committeeman for the Massachusetts Democratic Party.
